Colombia’s infrastructure bank will provide an estimated $74 million loan enhancement to the companies scheduled to construct or improve about 100 miles of toll roads connecting Colombia’s two most productive and economically important cities—Cartagena and Barranquilla.
Miami Holland & Knight attorneys advised Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional, the infrastructure bank, on the secured liquidity facility to pay for any cost overruns during construction of the $850 million project, and to pay scheduled debt service on the senior debt.
