Father-and-son attorneys implicated in the case that forced former Broward Circuit Judge Laura Watson from the bench have lost their bid to stop garnishment to satisfy a judgment of more than $2 million against them.

Charles Kane and his son, Harley, are suspended from practicing law, but the Florida Bar wants them disbarred over the case that brought down Watson in 2015 and threatens disbarment for her ex-husband Darin Lentner.
