Coral Gables-based Marquis Bank financed the purchase of an office property in suburban Miami-Dade County to be redeveloped by Tate Capital Real Estate Solutions, a company led by the Tate family, which has played a role in South Florida’s commercial real estate arena for decades.

David DiMuro, executive vice president and senior lending officer at Marquis, successfully closed the $8.5 million loan for Kendall Drive Joint Venture and 7300 Kendall Drive LLC, companies run by developers James and Kenneth Tate.
