Miami renters can let out a sigh of relief.
Rental rates in the downtown area are holding steady for the first time since 2012, ending a streak of lease inflation. Rates have grown 4 percent to 10 percent annually since Miami began breaking free of the Great Recession, according to the city’s Downtown Development Authority, which released its mid-year report this week.
