Two Greenberg Traurig attorneys were key in smoothing the legal barriers that came with an ambitious plan to redevelop seven acres owned by Miami-Dade County surrounding the Douglas Road Metrorail station.

Miami shareholders Ryan Bailine and Nancy Lash carefully crafted a $40 million ground lease and development agreement on behalf of Adler Group and 13th Floor Investments, two Miami developers that formed a joint venture to build the mixed-use project known as the Link at Douglas Station.
