Miami Green, a Class A office building in Coral Gables, traded for $39.2 million.

The 13-story tower at 3150 SW 38th Ave. was purchased by a Miami company tied to investor Jacques Berrebi, according to Miami-Dade County property records. The seller was iStar, a New York-based publicly traded real estate group. iStar bought the property out of foreclosure for $200,000 in 2010, and it last traded for $11 million in 2006.
