Two twisting glass towers have risen in Miami’s oldest neighborhood, bringing with them a new age of luxury to the bohemian-spirited village of Coconut Grove.

Because of its restrictive zoning, the neighborhood was shielded from the residential boom happening a few miles northeast. The Grove at Grand Bay, a two-tower architectural icon on Bayshore Drive, is the enclave’s first new luxury condominium in over a decade.
