A company has been cleared in a products liability case.

Mary McCool drowned at 47 in her home swimming pool in 2013, but the manner of death was not determined by authorities. The estate sued Woodstream Corp., alleging its Mosquito Magnet biting insect trap’s toxic fumes caused McCool to become ill, dizzy and disoriented, causing her to fall into the pool.
