New York real estate developer Moishe Mana has cast his net on another downtown Miami building.

The investor purchased the 91-year-old Biscayne Building at 19 W. Flagler St., a 14-story tower that rose during Miami’s 1920s construction boom, for $24.5 million Friday from Biscayne Building Inc., led by Dante Fiorini, according to a news release.
