Holland & Knight partner Allison McCarthy’s roster of hospitality clients includes Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group and the soon-to-be-merged Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Marriott International. She has now added Hyatt Hotels Corp. to the list.

McCarthy represented Hyatt in its $88.2 million acquisition of the Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Phoenix from affiliates of Los Angeles-based Lowe Enterprises Investment Management Inc. The cash deal, which works out to $742,000 per guest room, closed July 12.
