An expensive fight by the son of a real estate mogul to maintain guardianship of his father’s estate has ended after a state appellate court found the father competent.
Arthur Linde hired Carlton Fields Jorden Burt to represent him in his bid for guardianship of his father, Barrett Linde, a prominent Washington-area developer with a reported $300 million fortune.
