An HFF debt placement team successfully maneuvered today’s tight and increasingly selective lending market to arrange a $26.2 million construction loan for new apartments in Jacksonville.

Miami-based managing director Elliott Throne led the team that represented Integra Land Co., a multifamily developer building the 300-unit Integra River Run complex. The Lake Mary-based developer secured the financing from Capital Bank in Miami.
