A subsidiary of San Diego-based Sempra International has agreed to a $852 million deal to purchase Ventika, a 252-megawatt wind energy complex in Mexico, from a subsidiary of New York-based Blackstone Group and other partners.
Ventika is Mexico’s largest onshore wind farm and one of the largest wind farms in Latin America.
