After unsuccessfully fighting disqualification rulings barring it from representing car title loan giant TitleMax in a Georgia lawsuit, Greenberg Traurig is now facing litigation accusing it of violating ethical rules and breaching its duties to a group of rival title lenders that the firm represented for years.

The new suit was filed Wednesday, two weeks after the Georgia Supreme Court turned down a request to review the Court of Appeals order sustaining the trial court ruling.
