The future holds litigation for two companies connected with multinational luxury brand Louis Vuitton, over their alleged unauthorized use of television psychic “Miss Cleo.”

France-based luxury retailer LVMH Moet Hennessey Louis Vuitton Inc.’s subsidiary, Benefit Cosmetics LLC, allegedly used the infamous Miss Cleo in a makeup commercial, but didn’t foresee the need to clear it with the persona’s owner.
