San Francisco-based Stockbridge Capital Group sold a two-building Class A suburban office complex in Fort Lauderdale for $43 million.

Naya USA Investment & Management, a private investment group led by Yoav Merary in Hollywood, purchased Cypress Park West I and II as well as a parking garage and vacant parcel in a deal that closed Sept. 30, according to Broward County property records.
