Maridee Bell, vice president of Sunbeam Properties & Development, and leasing associate Lauren Pace secured a lease renewal that expands Parallon East Florida Supply Chain Services space at the Miramar Park of Commerce by about 19,000 square feet to 96,238 square feet.
Parallon, which provides medical and surgical supplies to the 30-facility HCA East Florida, is expanding for a second time at the business park, this time to add a consolidated pharmacy supply system to its Miramar operations.
