The homeownership rate has fallen to its lowest level since mid-2014 in South Florida.
Lagging behind the national average since 2009, the region’s homeownership rate dropped to 57.5 percent at midyear compared with the national average of 63.6 percent, according to Ten-X, an online real estate platform based in California.
