ONE Sotheby’s International Realty snapped up luxury real estate broker Crescendo Real Estate in Bay Harbor Islands and its 16-agent team.
The boutique brokerage, led by president and seasoned sales executive Ivan Ramirez, launched five years ago with a focus on the Bay Harbor and Aventura markets. Ramirez will now serve as the regional sales director for ONE Sotheby’s development division, according to a news release.
