Jonathan Kingsley has led the leasing efforts for two Class A office towers in Fort Lauderdale for the last 10 years.

He was hired in 2006 when the Cypress Park West I and II office complex was only 65 percent occupied. Kingsley, an executive vice president with Colliers International, has seen the buildings change hands three times, and since then he’s helped push its occupancy rate up to a rosy 98 percent.
