Three former Baker & McKenzie attorneys have founded a new boutique firm in Santiago, Chile, that will focus on antitrust, competition and arbitration matters.

Ugarte Ried y Correa was founded by JosÉ Joaquín Ugarte, a lead attorney in an ongoing high-profile antitrust litigation in Chile; Santiago Ried, a former counsel to the presidential cabinet; and Pablo Correa, a senior associate from the arbitration team at the multinational Latin American firm, Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uria.
