Price tags this high for such small parcels are traditionally found in Miami’s Brickell and downtown areas, yet the property changing hands was an undeveloped lot in Miami’s Overtown neighborhood. The vacant land at 1251 NW Eighth Ave. sits within a mile of Jackson Memorial Hospital and half a mile from David Beckham’s proposed Major League Soccer stadium.
