Some property disputes become overwrought, and this is one of them.
In 2013, the 10166 Corp. of Pinellas Park sought to develop a vacant piece of property it owned in that city. When the property was surveyed, it was revealed that the neighboring business, 66th Street Car Wash LLC, had encroached on the land owned by 10166.
