A newly developed apartment complex in Miami’s famed Cuban neighborhood traded for $89 million, HFF announced last week. Managing director Jaret Turkell represented Coral Gables-based Astor Cos. in the sale of InTown Apartments, a two-building development with 320 residential units and 19,000 square feet of retail space.
