Savills Studley marketed and sold a piece of land poised to become one of the largest warehouse distribution centers in Miami-Dade County.

Senior managing directors Thomas Capocefalo and Roy Abernathy represented Churchill Downs Inc. in its disposition of a 60-acre chunk of the Calder Casino & Gulfstream Park West thoroughbred racetrack in Miami Gardens. The land is part of the larger 220-acre track property at 21001 NW 27th Ave.
