A Florida Supreme Court-appointed referee found Dania Beach lawyer Jeremy Alters has suffered enough.
The personal injury lawyer has waited five years for the referee’s report in the Florida Bar’s disciplinary case against him over allegations he misappropriated trust account funds. The referee, Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Marcia Caballero, recommended no sanctions against Alters in her report filed in the Florida Supreme Court docket Nov. 14.
