Miami-based Achikam Yogev collaborated with Todd Noel in Phoenix to help seller ESJ Capital Partners and its minority partner, MG3 Development Group, market the five-school portfolio. The duo, who work with Colliers International’s Education Services Group, were tapped to sell the school properties for their focus on educational-based real estate.

ESJ Capital, an asset management company based in Aventura and Luxembourg, Europe, engaged the Colliers team in late March. The company successfully sold the income-producing properties for $71.74 million on Nov. 18.
