Miami-based Apollo Bank branched out of its traditional market to fund the construction of a 105-room hotel in Daytona Beach.

Evita Francuz, the bank’s senior vice president and commercial lending officer, helped Daytona Hotel Two LLC, a company controlled by Prime Hospitality Group, Shaner Hotel Group and the International Speedway Corp., secure a $10 million loan for the new hotel.
