U.S. home affordability has hit an eight-year low.

While home prices continue rising across the nation, wages have fallen far behind, according to a new study by ATTOM Data Solutions, a real estate property database. The rate at which U.S. home prices grew over the past year outpaced wage growth in 81 percent of the 447 counties analyzed, including all three in South Florida.
