Franklin Street’s Scott Tye and Robert Granda represented both the buyer and seller of a Miami office property that traded for $6.7 million.
Located at 12905 SW 42nd St. in Kendall, the two-story office building sold to Adios 2 LLC on Nov. 17, said Tye, an investment associate with Franklin Street in Plantation.
