Canadian buyers searched for Miami real estate more than people from any other country in October, taking the top spot on a list traditionally dominated by Latin American consumers.
Canada jumped to the No. 1 spot on a list prepared by the Miami Association of Realtors, which tracks foreign nationals searching for real estate on its website. The increase in Canadian interest in South Florida halted Colombia’s 10-month streak that began in December 2015.
