A prized Palm Beach retail site has hit the market.

Franklin Street is collecting bids by Jan. 17 for the Tiffany’s Building on Worth Avenue, one of the nation’s priciest retail streets. The iconic 16,479-square-foot retail building at 259 Worth Ave. was built in 1950 and is being sold by a Madden family partnership.
