Five international trade attorneys from two firms that were planning to integrate have instead moved to Gardere Wynne Sewell’s Mexico City office.

Marcos Carrasco Menchaca, founder of Mexico City firm Carrasco Garcia Abogados, said his firm had been working with Gardere for a few years when they were invited to join the Texas-based firm early last year. In Mexico City, Gardere operates under the name Gardere, Arena y Asociados, S.C.
