It’s a bird, it’s a plane — it’s Notorious RBG!

Ruth Bader Ginsburg is a superhero to Michele Threefoot, an 8-year-old girl in Columbia, MD, who dressed as the Supreme Court justice for her school’s “Superhero Day.” She learned about Ginsburg from a children’s book called “I Dissent: Ruth Bader Ginsburg Makes Her Mark.” Michele’s mother, Krista, says her daughter responded to the stories Ginsburg told of the prejudices she faced as a child and her subsequent lifelong work to fight inequality. “Michele gets pretty passionate about unfairness, especially relating to girls and women, so the book’s message really stuck with her,” Krista told The Huffington Post.
