Brown Harris Stevens, a New York-based luxury residential real estate firm, has expanded its Florida footprint with the purchase of Avatar Real Estate Services in Miami.
The new company, rebranded as Brown Harris Stevens Avatar LLC, will be led by Vivian Dimond, who founded Avatar in 2002, Brown Harris announced Wednesday.
