First Green Bank has expanded to southwest Florida with a $9 million construction loan for Naples’ first self-storage facility in over a decade.

The loan will fuel construction of the 130,000-square-foot City Gate Self-Storage at 3803 White Lake Blvd., the first of its kind in 16 years, said Jeff Cannon, the bank’s senior vice president in Fort Lauderdale.
