Ryan Roman lives in two worlds that might seem to have nothing to do with one another.

The 35-year-old Akerman partner spends most of his week on complex commercial litigation, including large securities and antitrust cases. But you might also find him greeting customers at one of the two Mignonette oyster bars he co-owns with chef Daniel Serfer. The duo just opened the second location Jan. 6 in North Miami Beach, in the former Gourmet Diner on Biscayne Boulevard.
