Lawyers who are just starting out often stumble upon roadblocks. And if they don’t have the support of a large firm, they might not know where to turn.

The Florida Bar hopes to help with a newly launched online mentoring program, Lawyers Advising Lawyers. More than 300 attorneys with expertise in 50 areas of law have volunteered to answer questions for less experienced lawyers, according to a Monday announcement from the bar.
