Avison Young’s Donna Abood, Michael Fay and Joe Abood completed a 22,500-square-foot lease for a radio company’s move to the Little River submarket in Miami.
The Coral Gables team successfully closed a build-to-suit lease worth in excess of $7 million for Entercom Communications Corp., the fourth-largest radio broadcasting companies in the U.S. The new lease expands the company’s Miami footprint by 7,500 square feet.
