Bill Lebo helped a Virginian investor purchase a shopping center in Pompano Beach over a decade ago, and he guided the sale of the same plaza for $6.1 million in January.
Lebo, president of William S. Lebo & Co. in Weston, has a 27-year history with Pompano Plaza, a nearly 33,000-square-foot retail center at 401-435 N. Federal Highway. He began managing it in 1990 when it was vacant, then helped it change hands in 2005 for $5.2 million.
