Apotex Corp., the largest pharmaceutical company in Canada, has entered South Florida’s industrial sector with a $50 million warehouse buy.

Sherm Realty Corp., a company linked to generic maker Apotex, purchased the 302,864-square-foot warehouse in Miramar on Jan. 31, according to Broward County property records. Apotex has its U.S. headquarters in Weston. The transaction broke down to $165 per square foot.
