Coral Gables attorney Bob Martinez has been selected to serve on a commission that gathers every 20 years to propose amendments to Florida’s Constitution, the chief justice of the state Supreme Court announced Monday.

Martinez, a Colson Hicks Eidson partner and former U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida, joins two other appointees selected by Florida Supreme Court Chief Justice Jorge Labarga. They are Hank Coxe of Jacksonville and Arthenia Joyner of Tampa.
