Walker & Dunlop represented both sides of a $59 million deal that marked a Swedish investor’s entry into the U.S. commercial real estate market.
The company’s capital markets team, led by Al Rex, Marty McGrogan and Niki Preble in Weston, helped Sweden’s Contentus AB secure a 10-year, $35.4 million acquisition loan for its purchase of an apartment complex in suburban Broward County.
