The head coach of the Miami Heat has traded in his Miami home for $2.48 million, according to Brown Harris Stevens Avatar.

It was a quick sale for Erik Spoelstra, who has led Miami’s professional basketball team since 2008. Spoelstra purchased the home on Poinciana Avenue in Coconut Grove for $2.6 million just nine months ago, according to Miami-Dade County property records.
