Foley & Lardner has hired former State of Florida chief information officer Jason Allison as director of public affairs in the firm’s Tallahassee office.
Allison, who starts the position March 8, was responsible for the management and direction of technology programs, services and policies during his time as chief information officer. Previously, he served as executive director of the Florida Agency for State Technology, which develops and publishes information technology policy for the state and oversees its essential technology projects.
