Salazar Jackson name partner Linda Worton Jackson has resigned from the firm she co-founded in 2012 and has joined Miami-based Pardo Gainsburg, which will now be known as Pardo Jackson Gainsburg.

At her new firm, Worton Jackson will lead the corporate, financial services and bankruptcy departments. The boutique firm specializes in complex commercial deals, litigation, construction law, real estate law and construction and hotel management consulting services.
