A Palm Beach County judge is facing charges from the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission for campaign attacks against her 2016 election opponent.
Judge Dana Santino violated the code of judicial conduct by defending campaign materials smearing opponent Gregg Lerman for representing accused criminals, according to the charges filed Monday with the Florida Supreme Court.
