Holland & Knight partner Joe Dewey guided Fort Lauderdale’s first major office deal of the year.

Dewey represented the seller in the $87 million sale of One Financial Plaza, a 28-story Class A office tower in downtown Fort Lauderdale. His client was One Financial Plaza LLC, a joint venture comprised of Boca Raton-based Crocker Partners and Connecticut’s Five Mile Capital Partners. Dewey and associate Shawn Amuial, both based in Miami, helped the venture trade the property to Walton Street Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm.
