March Madness is upon us, and that can mean big gains for those brilliant bracketologists out there.

At the same time, employers are expected to lose as much as $4 billion in productivity during this year’s NCAA tournament, and that does not include any potential costs associated with streaming games on the company internet. Approximately 70 million brackets were filled out during 2016′s big dance, so the odds are good that someone in your office is participating this year too.
