Coral Gables-based real estate company CREC played a key role in the $27 million sale of a shopping center on 13 acres on the northern edge of Broward County.

Turtle Crossing in Coral Springs has 99,174 square feet of retail on a 12.74-acre lot. CREC helped the plaza change hands from LNR Property LLC to a joint venture formed by Davie-based Ross Realty Investments Inc. and Charlotte, North Carolina-based SunCap Real Estate Investments in Broward’s second largest retail sale this year.
